Located within One Ocean, a private residential community on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii, this club home collection was developed to epitomize the subtle comforts of restrained sophistication.
Irwin Raymond partnered with the developer to design a new interpretation of Hawaiian luxury—one grounded in natural materials, environmental responsiveness, and a seamless relationship between interior and exterior space.

The Design Solution

Natural textures and warm neutrals create continuity between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. Expansive openings frame panoramic golf course views, while layered materials provide subtle depth and comfort.
The architectural language supports fluid transitions between covered outdoor living areas and interior gathering spaces—allowing the climate and scenery to become part of daily life.
