Felicity
Multiple Locations, Argentina
Retail
A community-driven retail concept designed to transform fashion shopping into a space for connection, confidence, and self-expression.
Felicity is a women’s fashion retail concept developed across multiple locations in Argentina, including Córdoba and Buenos Aires.
Irwin Raymond, in collaboration with international studio partner MTVD, was engaged to lead the brand strategy and interior architecture for a new retail model—one that extends beyond traditional merchandising to create a more personal and community-oriented experience.
The objective was to design a space that feels open, welcoming, and aligned with a brand identity centered on supporting and empowering women.
The goal was to create a retail concept that feels personal and emotionally resonant—encouraging connection rather than transactional interaction.
The environment needed to reinforce the brand’s commitment to confidence, inclusivity, and self-expression, while supporting long-term customer loyalty and growth.
The Challenge
The success of this project required redefining the role of the retail store within a competitive fashion market.
Key challenges included:
Designing a space that functions as more than a shopping destination
Translating brand values of confidence and community into spatial expression
Encouraging meaningful interaction without disrupting retail performance
Creating emotional engagement while maintaining operational clarity
Establishing a scalable concept adaptable across multiple locations
The environment needed to support both commercial success and authentic brand connection.
Our Strategy
We approached the project through an experience-driven retail framework, aligning brand narrative, spatial planning, and customer journey from the earliest phases.
Our strategy focused on:
Designing an open, welcoming layout that encourages exploration and comfort
Introducing a central lounge as a social anchor within the store
Creating layered spatial moments that balance visibility and intimacy
Integrating warm textures and intentional lighting to reinforce emotional connection
Developing a scalable design language adaptable to multiple store locations
Every decision reinforced the goal of transforming retail into a space for shared experience and personal expression.
The Design Solution
The final environment centers around a communal lounge that extends the store’s function beyond fashion—creating space for conversations, workshops, and shared moments.
Soft drapery subtly defines a more intimate fitting and styling area, offering privacy without isolation. The spatial layering encourages discovery, while warm lighting and tactile materials foster a sense of comfort and authenticity.
From texture to layout, each detail was intentionally curated to support confidence and connection. The result is a retail environment that feels open, supportive, and distinctly human.
The Result
A differentiated retail concept centered on community and emotional engagement.
Felicity has achieved:
Strong customer loyalty driven by experience-based design
Scalable growth from a single location to five stores across Córdoba and Buenos Aires
A brand environment that fosters advocacy and repeat engagement
By prioritizing connection over transaction, Felicity has cultivated a retail model where customers become long-term ambassadors.
